In 2004 the AAP declared 1 in 150 children was diagnosed with Autism and 1 in 6 children was diagnosed with a developmental, neurological, or behavioral delay or disorder. New studies have shown that our children have excessive heavy metal burdens, which can cause or worsen Autism, and other developmental delays. A TV ad for Treximet has been running on TV that I feel sends the wrong message to kids. The ad is run during the day and it shows women with migranes pulling their heads off and holding them. It is not gruesome but I am concerned it shows my kids, hey its no big deal- you can take off a head and put it back on- I do not think the message is better because of the ad- I think they should reconsider this ad. What do you think?
